Privacy notice

What LLMs Bureau records when you visit this site, run a check or apply, how long it is kept, and your rights. Controller: Bureau Nine Ltd, ICO registration ZC259849. Version 13 October 2026.

Visiting the site

This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from a third party: the type, the script and the images come from llmsbureau.com. Our web server keeps an access log (the page requested, the time, the status, the user agent, the referring page and the connecting address) for up to 180 days, for security and for the readings on this site: the crawler and assistant counts come from these logs, with addresses read to count nothing and never stored in the readings.

A first-party statistics script served from this domain records page views and clicks without cookies or browser storage. It keeps the page, the referrer, the device type, the country and a visitor identifier that is a salted hash rotated every 30 days, so a returning visitor is recognised within a month and not beyond. It never stores an IP address or anything typed into a form.

Running the free check

When you run the check we keep the domain you typed, what you sell and where if you gave them, the score, the findings and the status codes the readers got, for 90 days, at a link that contains nothing personal. We keep a hash of your connecting address, salted with the day, for the rate limit (five checks an hour); it cannot be turned back into the address and it is useless after midnight. We fetch the domain you typed from our server with named user agents; the page itself is not stored, only its first 300 characters of visible text.

Applying, or asking for the findings by email

We keep what you send (name, email, company, website, what you wrote, and the check it came from), where the visit came from (the referring page and any campaign tags), the country and the device type, for 12 months if you do not become a client, and for the life of the relationship plus six years of accounting records if you do. The message is emailed to our inbox through the company's own mail service. We do not add you to a list; we reply.

Clients

On a plan we hold the readings for your site: crawler hits (user agent, path, status, never an address), the visitors our tag records (as above, no cookies, no addresses), the Monitor's answers, your change orders and the Monday briefs. Search Console and Bing data are read with the access you grant and can be revoked by you at any time. We never sell data and never share it with anyone but the processors that run the service (our own server in the EU, the email service, and the AI providers that receive the Monitor's questions, which contain your buyers' questions and never your readings).

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in running the service and keeping it secure, and the contract when you are a client.

Changes

This notice is dated. If it changes in substance, the date changes and the old version is kept.
