We did it for our own companies first.
LLMs Bureau is the third announced company of Bureau Nine Ltd, a UK company that builds and runs its own businesses. Two of its other companies, a UK address-tracing service and Investigation Bureau, are case files on this site. The method you are reading about was built to get those two sites read and cited by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity, and measured from their server logs from the day each went live. It worked well enough that we are now offering it to other UK businesses.
Every number has a date and a source
If we cannot say where a figure came from and when, we do not print it. On this site that is a line of small type under every numeral. In a client's dashboard it is the same.
Index builders and live fetchers are never mixed
A crawler fetching a page to build an index and an assistant fetching a page to answer a person are different events. We count both and we label them. Inferred questions are marked likely.
We sell the readings and the work
Never a position, a number of citations or a number of enquiries. Most citations are earned off the site, and the change orders say which of those are yours to do.
The method stays ours
We publish what the method does, dated and sourced, and never how it is done. The guides explain how the assistants read; the change orders carry the work; the work goes on your site, not on ours.
Kris Koos
Kris founded Bureau Nine and runs its companies. He built the bureau's address-tracing service and Investigation Bureau and read their logs every day from launch, which is where the "answers served" reading, the Monday brief and the change-order habit come from. He answers the Monday brief replies himself on Run.
